SaveBigEasy.org was created to aid in the recovery of the great city of New Orleans, specifically by promoting the need to repair and upgrade the New Orleans levees.
The Blue Banner student newspaper at the University of North Carolina at Asheville recently did a story profiling Savebigeasy.org. It was a very well-written piece, and can be viewed here at http://www.unca.edu/banner/060330/index.html
I am a sophomore at American University in Washington, DC and am majoring in International Studies. By working together to rebuild the levees, we are going to help bring back one of the greatest cities in the world!
